Agent A produces financial summaries and financial statements. It learns on per industry and per client basis and captures all of the practices associated with your audits and reviews. Deliverables are in the desired format of your firm and integrate with current proofing & quality control practices. Agent A works directly with Agent B and C and its output is involved in the quality control process of Agent D.

Agent B performs raw data analysis, manipulation and analysis to generate the account names (or ledger accounts) necessary for the trial balance. Agent B also draws on your firm’s historical data for a given client and for the industry within which they are working in the case of a new client. Deliverables are in the desired format of your firm and these account names are then used to support the work done by Agent C.

Agent C takes the framework created by Agent B and populates the trial balance. In addition, Agent C provides a traceable trail to the raw data used to populate each cell. This allows users to (1) validate dollar amounts and (2) provide feedback to Agent C to ensure its accuracy in the future. Agent C work with Agent A and B outside of your accounting system, but imports output into the appropriate folder on your current platform.

Agent D supports the firm’s quality control process. It organizes the firms’ standard quality control checks and creates quick access to the relevant data across files and systems to make performing checks fast and easy without compromising objectivity. It checks all of the work across Agent A, B and C and ensures all of the numbers, documents and the entirety of the clients’ deliverable are aligned and consistent.
